Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing high order volume or unforeseen delays, you will be notified via email with an updated estimated shipping date.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. They do not include our processing time. Standard delivery estimates are as follows:

  • Canada:  [e.g., 2-5 business days]

  • USA: [e.g., 5-10 business days]

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will be active within 24 hours of receiving the notification.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your international order. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Please contact your local customs office for information on current rates and regulations specific to your country.

Shipping Address & P.O. Boxes
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

We currently ship to P.O. Boxes [or We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes]. Please note that shipping to P.O. Boxes may require additional transit time.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Theodora Kyriakakos is not liable for any packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the carrier has marked them as delivered.

  • Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Please also notify us at trkyriakakos@gmail.com so we can assist where possible.

  • Lost/Stolen Package: If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If you are unable to locate it, you must contact the carrier to initiate an investigation. We are unable to issue replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to the following countries: United States and Canada.

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. We comply with all international shipping and trade regulations.

Changes to This Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
